I am a person who loves shrimp. So, when I found this keto recipe, I had to try it. I actually used extra large shrimp. The recipe doesn’t specify which size shrimp you should use. It just tells you how many ounces. The red chili flakes definitely gave some kick to the shrimp, but it was not too spicy. This recipe is great for someone who is “not a spicy food person” like me.

The recipe can be customized to feed more than just one person. Just know how many servings you need before you start preparing your meal. Because, I chose to cook my Garlic Butter Shrimp on the stove instead of in the microwave, it took a little longer than 5 minutes to prepare. That extra time, however, did not matter to me because the food was still delicious. I left off the fresh basil because I did not need a garnish. I do believe that this would have made my own picture look prettier. The look definitely did not take away from the taste.
